由来になった演説では Eisen unt Blut の語順なので、日本語（中国語でも）では「『鉄血』宰相」/「『鉄血』演説」だけど、何故かドイツ語では Eiserner Kanzler / Blut und Eisen だし、英語でも Iron Chancellor / Blood and Iron なんですね。（Wikipedia 情報）
